Unlike other companies, we encourage early registration for our events and have one of the best cancellation policies in the industry. Because our focus is on professionals, we understand busy schedules and realize sometimes things come up. If you are unable to attend an event that you have paid for please contact us immediately so we can adjust the roster and make room for someone else. You may contact us at info@datefastforward.com.

HOW TO CANCEL:
Please email us with the event date/time/session, your name and your email address. If you are able to do this 14 or more days prior to the event date we will refund your payment (less a $10 processing fee.) If you cancel 7 or more days prior to the event, you will be charged but you will receive an Event Rain Check * which may be used toward a future event. The Event Rain check is completely transferable to a single friend or associate if you are unable to redeem it yourself!

If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, we are unable to issue any refund because it is extremely difficult for us to replace you-you are that wonderful! However, if you have a single friend or associate who is able to take your place, we will transfer your registration to them-just provide us with their name, age and contact information.

Fast Forward Speed Dating™ makes every possible effort to offer you a wonderful speed dating experience. Because of this, we try to ensure we have an ample number of participants and equal numbers of potential matches.

In the rare chance we have to cancel an event, you will be refunded or allowed to attend a different event.

If you are a NO-SHOW, or do not contact us prior to the event to cancel, your registration fee will be non-refundable.

PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE:
Participants who are NO-SHOWS and do not contact us prior to the event are difficult to replace, therefore we will NOT be able to accept their registration requests for future events. If something unexpected comes up on the way to the event that precludes you from attending (or attending too late) please contact us afterwards so that we do not remove you from our database. By providing us this courtesy, we will assure that we keep your name and email address off the "No Show, No Contact Banned Attendee List".

We take our events very seriously and we respect your time and the time of our other participants. Banning people who are unable to follow common courtesy and etiquette guidelines helps increase the quality of people attending events. We fully appreciate your understanding and are confident the Fast Forward Speed DatingTM experience will be a positive one for you!

*Event Rain Checks must be redeemed within six months of date issued.
